Book a stay
Do you want to enjoy the peace and space at Camping La Chaize? You are very welcome!
We recommend that you make a reservation in advance, especially if you want to stay with us during the high season. This increases the chance of an available camping pitch or our tent.
You can also indicate your preferences with your reservation request. For example, consider a shady spot or a specific location on the campsite. We try to take this into account as much as possible.
When is my reservation final?
Your reservation becomes final after the agreed payment has been made. For a camping pitch, we ask you to pay for the entire reserved period in advance.
Do you want to rent our tent? Then the payment agreements that are confirmed when booking the accommodation apply.
Do you have any questions about availability, rates or payment? Please feel free to contact us. We are happy to help you.
Canceling your reservation
Sometimes plans don’t turn out as expected. We understand that there may be circumstances that prevent your holiday from going ahead.
In the event of cancellation, we unfortunately cannot refund the payment for the reserved period. We therefore advise you to take your travel plans into account when booking and to check whether cancellation insurance is suitable for you.
Leave earlier or arrive later
Are you arriving later than planned or do you have to end your stay earlier? The reserved period remains due in full. We therefore cannot refund money for unused nights.
Please feel free to contact us in case of unexpected circumstances. We are happy to see what is possible.
What if something unexpected happens?
Of course, something can always happen that is beyond your control. In the event of force majeure, we would like to think along with you to see whether we can find a suitable solution together.
In such a situation, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can discuss the options.
